If you need to change or cancel your order prior to your order being shipping, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to stop the order going through processing. If the order has left our warehouse we will notify you what options are available (additional charges may apply).
Orders Ship from USA
We have created a dedicated RISK RACING CANADA web page so we can offer custom prices to Canadian customers. We did this so we could deliver products to you cheaper in an effort to try our best and match the delivered cost a customer in the USA might pay. We do this by altering the retail price (shown in Canadian dollars) and covering most of the very high shipping costs to Canada. However, we cannot control Canadian customs and duty charges. You may still have to pay these as it is beyond our control.

The CBSA collects duty and taxes on imported items (including all online shopping), on behalf of the Government of Canada.
Duties and taxes apply to all international goods imported by mail that exceed the $20 exemption. If you owe duty and/or tax, it will be indicated on Form E14, CBSA Postal Import Form, which will be attached to your mail item when it is delivered.
Note: Canada Post charges a handling fee to process goods imported by mail that is subject to duty and/or tax. If the item is duty-free and tax exempt, no amount is charged.

You may return products purchased directly from www.ca.riskracing.com for a refund, store credit, or exchange within 30 days of the order shipment date. See below for details regarding all types of returns.
Contact Us before returning your items. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #). To obtain an RMA # please contact customer care - email@example.com
If you receive the wrong product, or if your product arrives defective or damaged simply contact customer care - firstname.lastname@example.org. You must contact our customer care department within 30 days of the original shipping date. We are happy to replace your defective item(s), provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
Change Your Mind?
We will refund your purchase, provided the returned item(s) are received back in their original packaging, along with all accessories and item(s) are in “as-new” condition. Items marked clearance, close-out or non-returnable are not eligible for a refund and will not be accepted. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise. Some products are also subject to a 15% restocking fee – feel free to ask if you are unsure if your item is subject to this fee. Additional restrictions may apply, please contact us for more information.
If you need a different, size, color or item than the one that you ordered – you may exchange the item. Please contact us before returning your item.
